  1. General Information
    This Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing personal data and the use of cookies in connection with the use of the website https://sierragolf.pl (hereinafter: the "Service").

    The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter "GDPR", the Personal Data Protection Act, the Telecommunications Law, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
  2. Purposes and bases of data processing
    Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
    • Provision of services and reservation handling – golf, accommodation, restaurant, events, tournaments, training (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
    • Handling contact forms (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
    • Fulfillment of legal obligations – accounting, registrations, tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
    • Organization of competitions and tournaments – including publishing results (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
    • Marketing and offer profiling – including online advertising, remarketing, preference analysis (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
    • Newsletter sending – only based on the user's voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    • Security and statistics – server logs, traffic analysis on the Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Newsletter
    1. The user may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address.
    2. The newsletter is used to send information about:
      • current golf events and tournaments,
      • accommodation and dining offers,
      • trainings and special events,
      • promotions and services of Sierra Golf Resort.
    3. The legal basis for processing data for this purpose is the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 10 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law).
    4. The user may withdraw consent to receive the newsletter at any time – e.g., by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the message footer or by contacting the Controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
    5. Newsletter subscribers' data is stored until consent is withdrawn, but not longer than 3 years from the last activity.
  4. Data recipients
    Data may be shared with:
    • employees and collaborators of the Controller,
    • IT service providers, mailing system providers, and hosting providers,
    • accounting office, lawyers, and payment processing entities,
    • partners supporting the organization of tournaments and events,
    • public authorities when required by law.

      If data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g., Google, Meta), this happens based on compliance mechanisms such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  5. User rights
    You have the right to:
    • access your data and obtain copies,
    • rectify and update data,
    • delete data,
    • restrict processing,
    • data portability,
    • object to processing,
    • withdraw consent (e.g. for the newsletter) at any time.

      You may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  6. Cookies and similar technologies
    The Service uses cookies, among others, for:
    • ensuring proper operation of the website,
    • handling login and bookings,
    • analytics (Google Analytics 4),
    • remarketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads),
    • handling online communication.
