Can music change the taste of wine?
"Every Wine Has Its Note"
Can music change the way wine tastes? Research suggests it can: sound and surroundings shape how we experience flavour. At our "Every Wine Has Its Note" evening, we invite you to discover this with us.
On 23 October, from 6:00 pm, join us at Sierra Golf Resort for an exceptional evening that brings together the finest wines, live music from a violinist and the magical atmosphere of our resort.
Sierra Golf Resort and Gdańsk University of Technology
Architecture Goes Beyond the University Walls
We have started working with the Faculty of Architecture at Gdańsk University of Technology. This joint project gives students a real, and rather unusual, design challenge.
As part of a competition, they will design a concept for a Fun Putting Green of about 2,000 m². The space is meant to bring together landscape architecture, recreation, meetings, food and events. The project also includes a 3D model of the whole site.
Projects like this show what modern architectural education can be: open to the outside world, varied and built around real-life tasks.
The partnership agreement was signed by Karolina Matracka, President of the Management Board of Sierra Golf Resort, and Prof. Jakub Szczepański, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at Gdańsk University of Technology.
A LONGER, HEALTHIER LIFE. IS IT POSSIBLE?
At the HOLISTIKA Health Festival, discover
how to mindfully build a healthier future.
What can we do today to keep enjoying energy, fitness and well-being in a few years, a decade or several decades from now?
From 12 to 18 October 2026, Sopot will once again bring together experts and people who want to take conscious care of their health.
This year's HOLISTIKA Health Festival is dedicated to
longevity: an active, long life in full health.
The programme includes expert lectures, practical tips, free health check-ups and events showing how everyday choices can affect our health and quality of life.
