You'll taste each wine twice: first in silence, so you can focus entirely on its aromas, texture and character, and then to the sound of a live violin. Each piece of music carries its own mood. Will the wine feel bolder or more delicate, sweeter or drier? You decide.

Wine & Live Music
After each pairing, we'll talk together about how the music shaped what you tasted, and whether everyone at the table noticed the same thing.
Secrets in the Glass
The wines arrive in numbered glasses, their identities kept secret. Guided by subtle clues from our sommelier, you'll try to work out where each wine comes from, what aromas it holds and the story behind it.
Two Truths and a Bluff
With every wine, the sommelier will tell three intriguing stories, but only two of them are true. It's up to your table to spot the bluff.
The Grand Finale
At the end of the evening, we'll reveal the labels and announce the results, and the winning table will receive a special prize.
No wine expertise required, just curiosity and a little intuition. And when it comes to taste, there are no wrong answers, only your own impressions and discoveries.
